At PJS, we have migrated our school systems over to the ‘Arbor’ system, therefore we will soon be retiring the current School app.
In the coming weeks, you will find that you are able to manage several aspects of your child’s school day, so please do look out for that. But first we need to ensure parents are set up on the app before we can proceed. To this please follow the guide below.
2. Tap to open the app, you should be met with a screen that looks like this. Enter the email you provided the school as a contact on your child’s file.
3. You will then need to select Pennington Church of England Junior School. (You have other schools show up in the list if you have children in another school who use Arbor).
4. Once you have selected your school, it will ask you to enter your password. As this is the first time you have logged in, you won’t have a password. Therefore, you need to select ‘Forgotten Password’. You will then be asked to confirm your email address again (pictured below) and then press ‘Reset Password’. This will send a link to your email to set a password. (If you haven’t received the email within 5mins, check your junk/spam folder in case it has gone in there.
5. Once you have set your new password, try logging in again. Unfortunately, it may take you right back to the start (Enter email, find school etc). You should now be able to access your child’s school profile.
