How to make new medical diet applications?

  • New medical diet applications should still be made via the HCC Special Diet Portal which will be transferred to Chartwells.

Nut/Peanut Safety:

  • All menus designed by Charwells and approved by HCC
  • We do not use nuts/peanuts or ingredients with 'may contain' warnings
  • If a supply issue arises, children with allergies will receive an alternative meal until a safe replacement is sourced
  • We avoid claiming to be nut free as this can create a false sense of security

Packed lunch

You can provide a healthy packed lunch in a named lunch bag/box for your child. Please be aware that we are a NUT FREE school.

Lunchtime

Lunchtime starts at 12:00 and finishes at 13:00 pm. For lunch we offer a meat, vegetarian option and a jacket potato or pasta option on alternate days. Your child will be asked what they would like at the start of each day during registration, so please help them be aware of their choices.
