We are very excited to welcome your child to the PJS community. However, we are aware that, in these challenging times, the transition cannot be as we had planned and that September may look very different to the start of a 'normal' school year.
We have included a survey below to find out how you would like to receive further information and to gather information on preferences for classes next year. We have one straight Year 3 and one mixed Year 3 and 4 class and we would normally work with you, PIS and your child on transition days to ensure the best 'fit' for your child. Please click on the link below to complete the survey by Monday 22nd June.
We have been working hard on developing a different process that will work with social distancing. It is sad because we always enjoy getting to know the children as individuals before they start school.
Hopefully, classes will have returned to normal in September and we will begin to have opportunities for extra-curricular activities alongside school.
We are working towards inviting all prospective Year 3 pupils into PJS, even if it is for a picnic, before the end of term and we will contact you with more information about these plans soon.
Our website is full of information and we have attached a link to our brochure that will hopefully answer any questions you may have. We run an 'open door' policy and are always happy to discuss any queries. Please feel free to get in touch.
