A record number of 18 schools in the  Perry Dalziell cross-country race yesterday at Walhmapton school - this year's event was attended by one of the original founders of the event for our 41st year of racing, Mr Robert Dalziell, who was then also involved in the prize-giving, helping to hand out the well-earned medals to our winners.

Mr DL as he was known taught our school photographer's brother when she attended the school. He used to be a teacher in the classroom which Kestrels are now taught in!

We are delighted to share that our team really were the "best they could be!"

A special well done to the whole team especially:
 

•  Cerys Ann 1st year 5 girls (who shared her medal photo)
• Hudson - 2nd year 5 boys (who shared his medal photo)
• Harlow - 8th Year 5 girls
• Bertie - 7th Year 4 boys!
